Before design begins
Start with a complete picture of your business.
The project starts after Digital Nebraska receives the completed Onboarding Intake Form and all required information and access.
What we need from you
- Business details, including contact information, address, and hours
- Descriptions of your core services or products
- A high-resolution logo in PNG or vector format
- DNS or domain-registrar access so we can connect the site
You keep ownership and control of your domain. DNS access is used to connect the finished site.
Images and copy
Provide your brand photography and copy, or we can use licensed stock imagery and professionally structured standard copy based on your intake responses. Custom copywriting and original photography are outside this offer.
Once the required intake items and access are complete, we move quickly into design. We do not publish a fixed delivery timeframe.

A focused one-page project, with clear boundaries.
Website Launch is designed to establish one useful web presence. Links may move visitors to sections on that same page.
Two consolidated revision rounds
Each round is one complete punch-list submitted through the intake form or a markup link. Please gather feedback into that single list rather than sending changes piecemeal across emails or messages. Requests beyond the two included rounds require a separate charge or agreement.

- Multi-page site architecture (anchor links within the one page are fine)
- E-commerce checkout, payment gateways, or inventory setup
- Custom third-party API or database integrations
- Custom copywriting or original photography
- Ongoing monthly SEO retainers or advertising setup
- Post-launch text swaps, image updates, or structural changes
Payment and after launch
Know what the $995 project covers.
Payment and cancellation
The $995 project fee is due upfront. It becomes non-refundable after you submit onboarding and design work begins. If you cancel before submitting your assets, you receive a partial refund minus a $150 administrative setup fee. Additional changes or work beyond the listed scope need a separate charge or agreement.
First-year hosting
The included 12 months cover hosting service, automated daily backups, and SSL maintenance. Hosting renewal is quoted at renewal. You may transfer the site elsewhere with at least 30 days' notice. Text, image, and structural updates after launch are not part of the included hosting support.
