Why agents look for something new

Your tools should work for your business, not the other way around.

Many agents end up renting their online presence: a monthly retainer for a site they don’t control, plus separate tools for texting, email and calls. Agent Hub is built around three common frustrations.

01 / RENTING

The rental trap

Pay for a platform for years, and the site can disappear the month you cancel. What you built stays with the platform instead of with you.

02 / PATCHWORK

Too many separate tools

One tool for the website, another for texting, another for email follow-ups, and your cell phone for everything else. Each has its own login and its own bill.

03 / MOVING

Starting over when you move

A website provided by your brokerage usually stays with the brokerage. Change firms, and you can be rebuilding your online presence from scratch.

Cost and complexity are the real barriers.

What’s in Agent Hub

One home base for your real estate business.

Agent Hub brings together what an agent needs to be found, answer quickly and stay in touch, set up for real estate and the rules that come with it.

01 / Website

Your agent website, on your domain

A site about you or your team, the areas you serve and how to reach you, with buyer and seller inquiry forms that land in your contact records.

  • You keep ownership and control of your domain.
  • Your brokerage name and the disclosures your brokerage requires are part of the site.
  • Changing firms? Your domain and your contacts stay with you; we help you update the site for your new brokerage.

02 / Listings

MLS listing search (IDX)

Visitors can search active listings on your own site instead of leaving for a portal. Listings come through a licensed IDX provider, set up with your broker and your MLS.

  • IDX display requires your broker’s participation and your MLS’s approval.
  • Listing displays follow your MLS’s rules, including attribution and disclaimers.
  • The IDX provider and any MLS fees are confirmed with you before setup.

03 / Yard Sign Sentinel

Every sign call answered, day or night

Yard Sign Sentinel is our AI phone agent set up for the number on your signs. When a buyer calls about a listing, it picks up, even while you’re in a showing or asleep.

  • Answers 24/7 and shares the listing details you’ve given it.
  • Qualifies the caller, takes a message, and books or reschedules a showing.
  • Routes the call to you or your team when a person is needed.
  • Sends you a summary of every call.

04 / Follow-up

Follow-up that keeps you top of mind

Agent Hub includes Digital Back Office, so every buyer and seller has one record from first call to closing and beyond.

  • Contact records with the full history, and a deal board from lead to closing.
  • A booking page for consultations and showings, with reminders.
  • Follow-up sequences by email or text, newsletters, and birthday notes to past clients.

When you change brokerages

Your online presence moves with you.

The typical Realtor has been with their current firm for six years (median, NAR 2026 Member Profile), and many agents move at some point in their career. When you do, here is what happens with Agent Hub.

What stays with you

  • Your domain, so people who look you up still find you.
  • Your contact records and conversation history.
  • Your Yard Sign Sentinel setup and call history.
  • Your follow-up sequences and newsletters.

What gets updated

  • Your brokerage name, logo and required disclosures on the site.
  • IDX listing search, which is approved under your new broker and MLS.
  • Anything your new brokerage’s policies require.

Switching to Agent Hub

A switch planned around your calendar.

Many agents review their subscriptions at the end of the year and plan spring marketing in January. We plan the move so your site and phone stay up during your busy season.

  1. Tell us what you use today. Your current site, listing search, texting, email and phone tools, and what you pay for them.
  2. We map the switch. Which tools Agent Hub replaces, what has to move, and the timing with your broker and MLS.
  3. We build and connect. Your site on your domain, the IDX listing search, Yard Sign Sentinel and your follow-up.
  4. Bring your contacts. Import your contacts from a spreadsheet or your phone, so nothing starts from zero.
  5. Go live. Point your domain, send your sign calls to Yard Sign Sentinel, and cancel the tools you no longer need.

Good to know

The fine print, up front.

What depends on you, your broker and your MLS

  • IDX listing search requires your broker’s participation and MLS approval, and the IDX provider and MLS may charge their own fees.
  • Text messages need a business texting account and carrier registration.
  • Real estate advertising and texting are subject to brokerage policies, MLS rules and state advertising rules; we set things up with yours in mind, and your broker has the final say.

What we don’t promise

No one can guarantee leads, showings or closings. Agent Hub makes it easier to be found, answer quickly and follow up consistently; the relationships are still yours to build.

Pricing and scope are confirmed with you before anything is set up.
