Marketing

Stay in front of the customers you already earned.

Most local businesses don’t need more noise. They need a steady, organized way to follow up, share what’s new, and remind people they’re here. Digital Back Office includes email marketing and automatic follow-ups, and Digital Nebraska offers social posting, text messaging, and done-for-you marketing alongside it.

Included in Digital Back Office

Email that goes to the right people at the right time.

Email marketing is one of the eight work areas included with Digital Back Office. Here is what you can do with it.

01 / CAMPAIGNS

Email campaigns

Send newsletters, seasonal announcements and offers to the customers who should see them.

  • Write, preview and send now, or schedule for later.
  • Repeat a campaign weekly, every two weeks or monthly.
  • Send to a list or a saved segment, such as everyone tagged “spring cleanup” or every past customer.
  • Test two subject lines or versions and keep the one that earns more clicks and opens.
  • See opens and clicks for every campaign.
02 / FOLLOW-UPS

Follow-up sequences

A series of messages that starts on its own and runs in order, so new leads and customers hear from you on time.

  • Starts when someone fills out a form, gets a tag, joins a list or segment, or when you add them.
  • Each step can be an email or a text message.
  • Ready-made sequences to adapt: welcome, after-purchase, win-back, abandoned cart and feedback follow-up.
  • Ten starter email templates for everyday messages.
03 / RESPECTFUL

Built-in courtesy and care

Good email marketing respects the people on your list.

  • One-click unsubscribe and a preferences page for every subscriber.
  • Bounced and complaint addresses are suppressed automatically.
  • Do-not-contact records are left out of sends.
  • Optional approval step before a campaign goes out.

Before your first send

What you’ll need, and what to expect.

What to have ready

  • An email address on your business domain to send from, verified for sending during setup.
  • Your customer list. Spreadsheets (CSV) and phone contacts (vCard) can be imported.
  • Permission to email the people on it, and a sense of what they’d find useful.

What we don’t promise

No one can guarantee inbox placement, open rates or sales. Email works best when it is expected, useful and occasional.

You decide who receives your messages, and you stay responsible for the permissions behind your list.

Start with one message

Tell us who you want to stay in touch with.

Share what you sell, who your customers are, and what you’d like them to hear from you. We’ll talk through whether email, social, text or done-for-you help is the right first step. The existing contact form is the place to start; pricing and scope are confirmed with you before anything is set up.
