How it works

A plan first, then work you can see.

Getting started

  • A conversation about what you sell, who you serve, and what’s coming up this season.
  • A written proposal that sets the deliverables, review steps, schedule and price.
  • Account setup and access, agreed with you.

Month to month

  • Drafts come to you for approval before anything is sent or posted.
  • We review the numbers that can be measured, such as email opens and clicks, post engagement and form inquiries.
  • We adjust the plan with you as your business changes.

Clear boundaries

What we do, and what we don’t promise.

Managed marketing is a separately priced service agreed in a proposal; it isn’t included in Website Launch, Digital Back Office or the AI Phone Agent. We don’t guarantee sales, followers, rankings or inbox placement. We do commit to clear plans, careful drafts and your approval before anything goes out.

Hand it off

Tell us what keeps falling to the bottom of the list.

Newsletters that never get written? Social pages that went quiet? We’ll talk through which pieces to hand off first. The existing contact form is the place to start; pricing and scope are confirmed with you before anything is set up.
