Before you start
What you’ll need, and what this isn’t.
What to have ready
- A Stripe or Square account to accept card payments.
- Your business details, tax rates, and the products or services you bill for.
- Your customer list, or the customers you invoice most often.
What it isn’t
Invoicing handles billing and collections. It isn’t full accounting or bookkeeping software, and it doesn’t replace your accountant or offer tax advice. Exports make it easy to share numbers with whoever keeps your books.
Pricing
Invoicing is set up by conversation.
Invoicing is offered alongside Digital Back Office. We confirm pricing, setup and payment-account details with you before anything is turned on; it is not part of the published $99/month Digital Back Office price unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Get paid sooner
Tell us how you bill customers today.
Paper invoices, a spreadsheet, or a program you’ve outgrown? We’ll talk through whether invoicing in Digital Back Office fits. The existing contact form is the place to start; pricing and scope are confirmed with you before anything is set up.
